Tech support is available to those customers who have purchased product(s). Under the Software Subscription Service(SSS), you are entitled to tech support by phone or email (email@example.com), 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday.
Software Subscription Services are good for one year from the purchase date. If you are not sure if your SSS has expired or don't know the details of your SSS, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Support from Matrix Logic is available via a prepaid support block. The prepaid support blocks are purchased in multiples of $5,000. Labor provided under the support block system entitles you to a 10% discount from our normal rates and we guarantee a 4 hour response within normal business hours. An MLC support block covers software support and maintenance for software installed by MLC. This agreement does not cover software upgrades, conversion, training, or consulting.
In August of 2005, Congress passed The Energy Policy Act of 2005; a policy that changes the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the United States. Beginning in 2007, DST begins on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November.
This change in Daylight Savings Time does not affect any of the Matrix Logic products as they rely on either the operating system clock or the DM client itself.
