The Asia Foundation, a non-profit, non-governmental organization with 17 offices throughout Asia, in Washington, D.C. and its headquarters in San Francisco, recently implemented Open Text Livelink ECM - eDOCS DM with Matrix Logic Corporation integration services and Nacio Systems' managed hosting services.
Utilizing Nacio's state-of-the-art data center in Novato, California, The Asia Foundation now provides its employees the ability to search for, track and manage electronic work product regardless of their location anywhere in the world. Employees have the option of accessing their eDOCS DM-integrated desktop applications locally and connecting to eDOCS DM servers remotely or may access data with a 100% web client. Employees are only limited by the speed of their local Internet connection, not by office-to-office VPN bottlenecks or cached data stores.
"Managed hosting allows our IT Department to focus on working with our end users and less on updating and patching servers," said Patricia Williams, IT Trainer at The Asia Foundation. "With Matrix Logic as our integration partner and Nacio managing our servers, we can provide high availability and fail-over for critical business documents while keeping our software and network administration costs down."
Matrix Logic Corporation can assist customers that wish to use Nacio's managed hosting services for Livelink ECM - eDOCS DM servers. For more information, please contact sales@matrix-logic.com.
