Dynamic Views Plus





Matrix Logic Dynamic Views Plus enhances the new Hummingbird DM "Dynamic Views" functionality for presenting users with folder trees for only their most relevant clients, matters and document types. Once a user adds, views or modifies a document for a particular client matter, the document type for that matter is automatically added in the user's subscriptions tree. Users also have the option of manually subscribing or unsubscribing from particular document types for specific client matters as well.

Features

  • On the server, a Windows service analyzes the DM Activity Log and populates the DVDP_Tree_Subscriptions table with the clients, matters and document types that the user has utilized within a specified period.
  • On the client desktop, users have two new options on the Document Menu, "DV+ Subscribe" and "DV+ Unsubscribe" where they can manually manage subscriptions all the way down to the document type level.

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2003
  • Hummingbird DM Dynamic Views 5.1.0.5 SR5 MR5 and SR6 (SR6 is recommended)
  • Only the LEGAL database structure for Hummingbird DM is supported at this time.
